Birth-Based Religion

Birth-Based Religion

Religion of a person must not be determined by his/her birth. If it is done so, a great obstacle comes in the process of becoming an independent individual at an early age. A trifling minority of people are able to overcome this obstacle afterwards.

Society must ensure a free atmosphere to acquire knowledge in a complete suitable environment. One must have the opportunity to open the vistas of mind and accordingly let fresh air to give it life. In early childhood one must acquire the basic learning on language and it’s use; ideas of numbers and etiquette (not religion or philosophy). Kids are the brightest philosophers on earth.

There lies a philosopher inside every single mind. If the mind has the option of getting natural nourishment, it would surely turn into a great philosopher. If we create barrier on movement imposing various religious rules, a child’s mind will be crippled.

Everything is changing with time. Many a thoughts and beliefs of our ancestors have proved false now. So, we can’t impose anything to our children. They must have the opportunity to access into their own world according to their choice or interest. There must be an option to go for any religion, if they think it’s essential for their spiritual development.

Why will a kid knowing nothing about life, having no development or maturity of mind sing for a religion? This is simply inhuman to make up soft minds according to parents’ sweet will.

Shouldn't we say “NO” to Religious Teaching for Children?

[Note: No religion has yet been accepted by all mankind.]
